Estimating Team Member for High-End Custom Architectural Millwork

At Schlaegle Design Build, our work isn’t production-line cabinetry; it’s bespoke casework that anchors boardrooms, defines lobbies, and brings design visions to life.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-driven Estimator who understands that organization, accuracy, and accountability directly impacts the quality of our work. This role is critical to filling our plane with the right mix of work, and winning profitable projects that keep our shop operating at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Management of bid documents and customer/vendor contacts
• Track status of opportunities using a world-class ERP, INNERGY. 
• Scope review, spec review, RFIs to GCs, and RFQs to vendor partners
• Prepare cost-driven Takeoffs to accurately capture materials and labor
• SOP & Process development
• Training for programming skills in our product library
• Quality control for awarded Projects

What You Bring

• HS Diploma/GED required; Trade School or Construction Management Degree preferred
• 2–5 years industry experience preferred
• INNERGY Estimating experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Clear communication and a problem-solving, team-first mindset
