Custom Carpenter – Build One-of-a-Kind Millwork with Schlaegle Design Build

What You’ll Do

• Build custom cabinetry and casework from detailed shop drawings and specifications
• Work with premium materials, combining traditional craftsmanship with CNC precision
• Assemble, fit, and finish pieces to the highest standards of quality
• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver projects on time and on spec
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What You Bring

• Proven experience in custom cabinetmaking or fine woodworking (3+ years preferred)
• Ability to read and execute complex shop drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment
• A sharp eye for detail and finishing excellence
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• A team-first attitude with the independence to drive projects forward

Job Details

• Full-time, in-person (Pittsburgh, PA)
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift, with overtime opportunities
• Must have valid driver’s license
